Depressingly it's in Marion County which is where I live.
Sad that she was only one day from going into rehab.

More than 10 years later, I haven't smothered the lovable little b***h (well, she isn't really a b***h, having been spayed, but it's still fun to call her one) because:

- I am cognizant that the dog is there; even though I'm sleeping, we accommodate each other;

- I don't get so stupidly out of my senses that I don't know where my body is, or what it's on.

Extending that to a mother that could cause her own child's death by chemically-induced carelessness... that's just horrible, and very, very punishable.
