It appears I went to the wrong school. We had completely different punishment system. I had 6 or 8 teacher for whom I would have performed devious acts of misbehavior to enjoy a boobflash as punishment.

She was also ordered to pay damages to the student. I'm sure he was seriously traumatized by the incident.

That'll teach him!!! Bad behavior = Tits, talk about conditioned stimulus and response!!

I think that kid has had a great year. First he sees his teachers boobs and then gets $760. Man, thats like getting a hooker and her paying you.

I was ever so lucky *rolls eyes* to attend a private catholic school as a child. Those nuns punished you by making you stand in a garbage can and other such civilized methods. Actually, my first grade teacher threated to cut out my tongue for talking too much... and actually brought in a tongue in a jar in case I tried to call her bluff (I'm sure it must have been an animal tongue or something... but I sure as heck didn't want to call her on it). Not that I ever wanted to see nun boobs, but that'd still be a lot better than getting your tongue cut out.
