A Gainesville woman is dead after being shot by her son. Mary Bailey, 52, was sleeping nearby when her son discharged his AK-47 early Tuesday morning.

It's not my fault.

Someone posted on plime an interactive map of gun laws in each state. I'm pretty sure Georgia is very permissive. Assault weapons are fine there if I recall. I'll try to search out the map, it was a good post.

My friend worked at a place that had a shooting that left 2 people dead in 2 locations and it is not on that link. I guess because it was only 2 people?
