I would think the time and price would prevent Joe Criminal from doing this, and until the gangstas want to bling out their shooting pieces, the cops shouldn't be too worried... Just as cautious as they have been about any hidden item found in a frisk...

i did a search here, but did not find anything. i saw the story on the CNN website today, but i can't view their videos for some reason. so i looked it up and found the video elsewhere (i hope it is the same video, anyway). hope it's not some super old story. if it is, you're going to have to take it up with CNN.
