When I first heard people on the radio talking about this I thought they were saying, "Youths in Asia". I could not understand why so many people had a problem with kids living in Asia...

More seriously the rules ave very strict. The request has to be expressed by the patient himself, backed up by doctors, for certain types of pathologies, etc...

Anyway, freedom of choice above all!
