What kind of lawsuit is this? What does he expect them to do? have forced monthly psychological exams performed on all scout leaders? Unless the organization was condoning it or ignoring a blatantly obvious case of abuse he should have no right to sue them.

He also said this happened over 3yrs.. I do not understand the circumstances but I cannot imagine why he didn't say anything earlier if it did bother him so much.

And he's just NOW asking for something to be done?

"Your honor, the current church needs to be building a time machine to prevent what happened to be 40 years ago."

The kids in his troop probably have kids by now, and some of them might be raising Grandkids... What exactly is this 5 Million dollar lawsuit going to do other than make him rich and smear the current church?
