Check out the upscale McDonald's near Wall Street in Manhattan, which "might be one of the only McDonald's in the world that has a live piano player."

There's a McDonalds off Highway 101 just south of LA that has a conference room that can be reserved for meetings, as well. There are 4 McDonalds within 30 miles of me, all very different. One has loads of kids and is a noisy mess. Two are cleaner, quieter, with 'foofy' decor. The third is positively posh, with private booths that really are private, marble, disguised trash cans, etc.
In Wyoming, a new McDonalds went in, and it was WAY nicer than the one by the highway. Same food, but a much hipper, cleaner.

There was a McD's near where we lived(about 7 years ago) that had flowers on the tables, curtains that were between the booths. No play ground. Very clean. I liked that one. But I have never seen live music!!!
