In my opinion, that includes the ability to hop in the car and go to a doctor, who him/herself was given the ability to help the sick, who have the tools to diagnose and treat illnesses like diabetes.
"If I cross the street without looking I won't get hit by a car because G-d will protect me." No, G-d gave you the ability to turn your head two directions before walking to the other side of the road. The rest is up to you.
