That having been said, you have to get the bank to actually accept the check, which they are NOT legally bound to do.

Does he print his own checks or something? You can't just draw a check on any old thing.

Try going to a supermarket to buy a banana, and write out you routing number, account number, check number, date, amount, and signature on the peal.
