Somebody on the site made a comment that I was thinking as well...isn't opening somebody else's mailbox considered a federal offense? ..I guess since he was a minor the "First Offender Program" was considered sufficient although I personally think his "first offense" was going outside without a shirt on...The Man-Boobs are a nice touch.
