It reminds me of &quot;plan b&quot; on the old (is 7 years old?) television show, &quot;The Practice&quot;.  When you can't prove your case, throw out as much dirt as possible on other people to confuse the jury.<br/><br/>In this case, I think we may see Yahoo coming out of this smelling better on the other end.]]></content></entry></feed>
