No, I think he's an awful President, and I've never changed my view on that. He's been one of the least faithful Presidents to the Constitution since Abe Lincoln, following in the steps of FDR and LBJ.

I would not give him a positive rating, but 17% is a lie. It was 19% in February (his lowest ever). BUT, In January he had 34% and March he had 24%, so 19% was a fluke by any statistical analysis.
