Uninsured? Looking for a way to save on your prescription medication costs? Since September 2006 Wal-Mart has been trying to capture patients just like you with their $4 Generic Prescription Program. If they were truly concerned about the patient-consumer, they'd disband the entirely laughable PR gimmick known as the PPA and simply bring their own costs down, across the board. In addition they had to be pressured into paying overtime.<br/><br/>That being said, the $4 program is very good for anyone who takes a medication on their list.<br/>They have a good assortment of common antibiotics and some medications that are otherwise a bit expensive, like Warfarin, an anti coagulant and Coumadin replacement.<br/><br/>I really can't see any reason to complain about this effort on their part. Do they hope it pays off in other ways?  Well...sure.
