Ling Ling, the male giant panda at Ueno Zoo in Tokyo, died of chronic heart failure early Wednesday at age 22 years and seven months, equivalent to about 70 human years.

This really sucks. The Giant Pandas are really thinning oot. I hope we can help keep these animals alive so that our children and grandchildren can enjoy their beauty!

aww. pandas have to be some of the coolest animals around. this is a shame. im very glad that at least he got to live a long life of luxury....
