I don't buy it, inhaling smoke is bad for your lungs, I don't think it matters what kind it is.

Uhh, no where in the article does it say that smoking pot isn't bad for your lungs, only that it doesn't lead to lung cancer. There are many other lung diseases that smoking can bring on.

I agree. And I'm usually the one supporting marijuana research. It might not lead to cancer, but it can't be good for you. Especially if you consider that most marijuana smoke is inhaled without the aide of a filter, thus resulting in more tar in your lungs than you might get from a cigarette.

No matter how you slice it that can't be good for you.

Really, no crap. Cigarettes wouldn't be as bad if they didn't add all kinds of chemicals and stuff to them. Pot doesn't cause cancer because it doesn't have fromaldahyde (sic?) nicotine, and various kinds of acids added to it to make it addictive. Straight tobacco isn't that harmful, it's the stuff that cigarette companies add to them that make them so bad. I don't understand how this stuff can still be illegal. It isn't processed like alcohol or cigarettes or caffeine, which are three of the most addictive substances known and are all three legal. No it isn't GOOD for you, but it isn't hurting people the way they want you to think it does. By the way, does anyone else think that Reefer Madness is the best movie EVER to watch while stoned?
