1) It does clearly resemble Jesus on a cross.

2) Its not news worthy.

it does? it's not clear to me ... i can't see jesus' head. it's very T-shaped, but it doesn't look much like a cross, nor does it have a strong image of a body hanging on it. or ... do i have to be a christian to see Jesus?

I too doubt that this it an intentional act on the part of God, but I still think the comments were meant to be insulting toward the woman. She had not done anything worthy of peoples mean spirited bantering. Also, if you read the article carefully you will notice something. Most of the womans language was in the form of conjecture while it was the author of the article who made absolute statements. I think this was done intentionally to try and make the story more sensational and divisive.

No you don't have to be Christian to see it. This is more along the lines of seeing animals and trains and such in cloud formations. I little abstract yet there nonetheless.
