Just ask their parents or older friends to buy it for them.  In my experience, many M-rated games aren't even worth the money anyways.  Game content is more important than the rating you give it.  Some people just buy it because it has the rating and find out the game just plain sucks. Now when they TRY to make it illegal for anyone uner the age of 17 to PLAY these games it will get excessive</i></div>It's like R movies.  I remember sneaking into them when I was 13 and 14.  I don't know how they could possibly enforce a law of not letting people under age 17 play certain games.  For stuff like that it is up to the parent.  You are old enough to decide for yourself.
