but the video itself consists of the sherriff giving all the details about the case in an objective manner. he does not say outright that newby is guilty, and says that they are still investigating all the facts. he still says, "fell off the cliff," and not, "pushed off the cliff."... and another on the same site.

I read the article, and I didn't catch that! But it is there. It's putting an influence there. The article is focussed on her sister so that may be where the "pushed" off remark comes from.
