Digital Video Channels Right On Everyone's Personal Computer And All Posted: 5 months ago by reinthomas
So, I just now moved away from my parent's condo and I had no idea that moving out on your own can be so costly. I not simply have to pay for rent every month but I also have a cell phone bill and my motorcycle obligations to make each month. I decided that I had to tighten my budget and cut out my digital cable. After two weeks of not having anything to watch. I decided to find a better and less expensive way to watch T.V. I came across the best solution!

PCTV4ME is a software program that allows me to watch channels from around the world on my desktop computer and laptop. Not only can I watch some great programming each night when I get home but I also installed PCTV4ME on my laptop so that I can watch my favorite shows during my lunch break. This truly is the best and least expensive solution for my T.V. watching needs. I highly recommend this piece of software to anyone.

Need a new Computer or Electronic? Posted: 1 year ago by dollyllama
I don't remember where I got this url from and just went to check it out today. No frills on the graphic end of this site, just straight text. It's like a stock market of prices for computer and electronic equipment. Shows a link and whether the price just went up or down. Mostly computers and electronics (and accessories for those items) but just found a great deal on a canon lens!

Sony Ericsson release Bluetooth watch Posted: 2 years ago by brightoncub
Ringing mobile annoying you while you're trying to watch a movie? Don't reach all the way over to the table, you don't even need to shimmy into uncomfortable positions to get it out of you pockets... Are we becoming lazier? Are Sony trying to squeeze even more money out of us? Am I the only person that'd really quite like one?

A great viral video by Microsoft Posted: 7 months ago by ted
This has been going around the web today, a video of a giant spool of cable crashing through a plate glass door.

It's actually advertising Microsoft's new VOIP service, where you don't need to install any new cables.

IMSafer - Safer Instant Messaging for your children Posted: 1 year ago by MissParker
IMSaferTM - IMSafer monitors the instant messenger conversations of your children to help you balance protecting your children and respecting their privacy. The IMSafer service will only notify you when your child is engaged in a potentially dangerous conversation on IM.

At IMSafer, we have worked with law enforcement officials to learn how potential predators initiate, develop and maintain inappropriate online relationships with children. We are always working to fine tune and update our analysis engine.

Getting your child protected online is as easy as signing up.

Once you have installed the IMSafer software on any computer you wish to monitor, if your child receives an IM with content that is flagged by IMSafer, you will receive an email notification within 90 seconds that includes the screen name of the person speaking with your child, the community rating of that person, and the category of the flagged content.

You can follow the link in the email or log on to the web site to see more detail about the conversation, the flagged content, and why it was it was considered dangerous. The IMSafer service understands not just English, but common misspellings, slang and even leet speak, where numbers and punctuation are interchanged with letters.

The parent can view the questionable portion of the IM conversation and explanations as to why the conversation was flagged as potentially dangerous. Furthermore, IMSafer will help parents by explaining slang and IM acronyms that may be related to the questionable portion of the conversation.

IMSafer works hard to honor the privacy of the child by not allowing parents to read full chat transcripts. Spying on children is known to drive their activities underground. Working together is the best way to ensure that your child is protected.

IMSafer gives you the ability to leave feedback on any person who is flagged as having a potentially inappropriate conversation with your child. This feedback allows IMSafer to alert you about someone other parents think has inappropriate relationships with their children the second they begin talking to your child online.

The IMSafer Community is large and growing. As more parents get involved, the stronger IMSafer becomes, which results in better protection for all of the children.

When's the right time for a kid to have a cell phone? Posted: 2 years ago by ybne1else
Ten year old girls are no longer begging for Barbie dolls, unless that's the wallpaper that'll appear on their cell phone screens. Parents nowadays have to make the following judgment call: should they give in to their kids' pleas for a cell phone (it's the latest status symbol) or refuse on the grounds that it's simply unnecessary?
