The whole 1-man-1-vote premise is thrown out the window with them. Their vote is equivalent to about that of <a class="plime" href="/redir.p?http://www.huffingtonpost.com/dan-abrams/voters-not-superdelegates_b_85791.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">10,000</a> of the rest of us.<br/><br/>They will make up about 20% of the total number of delegates. This means they will have a huge effect on the outcome. This is why Clinton and Obama are courting the &quot;superdelegates&quot; with so much fervor.<br/><br/>That is another problem with the system. How do the candidates and their supporters &quot;court&quot; the superdelegates. What means do they use to try and convince one person with the power of 10,000 to vote for them? Do they use logic and reason? Do they use political debate?
