AMEN! When I was 7 months pregnant with my son, I had to ride the train to Bethesda for my ultrasound and NOBODY gave their seat to me. No, they didn't HAVE to, it just would have been nice to not have to stand there for 30 minutes when someone who was NOT carrying a bowling ball inside of them could easily stand and let the pregnant lady sit.

I think I saw a documentary on this once, but shortly after eating the monkey brains, some guy started ripping out people's hearts and then lowering them into lava. Not because I really thought I looked amazing wearing one, but because I couldn't stand the feeling of any pressure on my stomach, and even the minor feeling of a tshirt rubbing against my stomach made me feel like I needed to kill someone.
I wanted the relief of being in the water and figured people would prefer to see my bare belly, and my bikini'd body, over me in a full maternity swim suit, puking in the pool.
