Wait, when did the UK start to act like their way too prude cousins across the pond?! I feel *sniffle* like we have all made a huge step forward in our relationship.

Don't blame us. If anything, our prudeness is the fault of your lot because you chased the prudes over here.

"You wanna go to the museum and see the mummies?"

*Goes to the museum*

"Where are the mummies?"

"Well, you can't actually see them... but you know they're there. Wasn't that fun?"

I wonder if the people who complained try really, really hard not too look in mirrors unless they're fully clothed.

Or just keep the mirrors at neck level and above.

If I remember right, Ned Flanders wears swimming trunks in the bath so he can't see his shrinky dink.

and not that it was the UK or anything, but PC stances against nudity began in europe. in fact, i think they should start covering the mummies' genitals with fig leaves. maybe it'll make people realize how ridiculous this all really is.

It's not the fact that they are nude that is causing the disturbance- it's the matter of respecting the dead. Those mummies are someone's ancestors. It's like putting your grandmother on display in the nude once she dies. It is disrespectful.
And in saying that, they should just cover up the sensitive bits and not the entire mummy.

Along the same note, is it disrespectful to dig up the dead and put them on display in a museum? How about using the grandmother analogy?
