I may not be the best person in knowing the law, but if you admit you are guilty in killing four people and an unborn fetus, I would hope that you couldn't avoid the death penalty, even if you tried.

Sometimes they do that when the odds of a conviction are high but not high enough to guarantee a guilty verdict for a capital crime. The prosecution has much higher standards to meet in death-penalty cases than in cases where the penalty is life.

I concur... I dont see how they could let a monster like this live... honestly... I dont care if her IQ is low or if she came from a disfunctional family or was abused as a child or what... if you kill your friend, cut out her unborn baby, then go back days later and drown her living kids??!! You are a soul-less monster and society should rise up and destroy you...
