That mother must be brain dead. It's too bad that evolution hasn't progressed enough that you couldn't get pregnant without having a certain level of common sense. The body should have some way to test brain chemicals for whatever makes "common sense" possible, and if a woman did not have enough of it, she wouldn't be able to get pregnant. And then they could test for the chemical before allowing adoptive, foster or step parents to have kids.

So what about the men in these situations? Wouldn't they have the same thing happen to them if they were less than competent? You can't just put the whole thing a women, men can be f**king idiots too when it comes to children.

You are correct. I was wrong to say that only women should be tested. As a woman myself, I am ashamed that i even said that. It should apply to both genders, of course.
