Seriously, the worlds gone MAD!

So the child is not happy because he doesn't get to go to the party? Since when has it been part of someones human rights to be happy?

I have spent most of my life up until about 3 years ago being thoroughly miserable; who do I sue?

I understand the need for human rights to elevate us from being animals but surely this is too far.



Edit: I read that all wrong, I thought it was the child who wasn't invited whose father complained.

This being said I wouldn't be happy if they confiscation my sons party invites but I wouldn't go bleating to the government about it.

You were discriminated against, complain to doggylives. Alternately, you can contact your local government for a resolution to this matter.

This would be an example of why you shouldn't let your kid pass out invites at school.

Wow, stuff like this makes me think that Europe is just a tad more screwed up than the U.S. But then we have are own issues. What is wrong with people?

It only takes a few idiots suing this way and suing that way and soon we're all up to our necks in sewage.

I know I always like to invite the kids who are mean to me at school to my birthday party! I never like to have just my friends at my parties; that's boring.

I know decades ago when I was in school, we would pass out invitations at school, but not during class time, and certainly not to everyone in the class except a few. If I was passing out invitations to a birthday party or whatnot, it was done either between classes, or at recess.

Of course this was the 80's in Ohio, it was slightly different sanity then.

Also I don't think that it is discrimination to exclude people that you are not friends with from your birthday party. WTF?

This story just oozes ridiculousness. The school and the father are out of their minds. I certainly hope that the parliament does not spend time on this petty BS.

Man, I wish this was the attitude here in the US when I was in school. Every time the hot cheerleader would kiss her boyfriend on school premises or during any school function, she'd have to make out with all the boys (or girls too, if they wanted to)

B-day invites should be handed out OUTSIDE of class.

To me thats pretty much equal to making Valentines for everyone but 2 kids. Classless.

I always felt bad when everyone else received passing grades and I didn't maybe they should just give me that C then as well..

maybe the kids didnt get invited b/c they suck at life.. just like I used to suck at school.. i elarned my lesson when I was young and started gettin batter grades.. maybe these kids will learn their lesson and start being cooler, lol
