I can see how he could be taken in for walking on the interstate (trespass), but disorderly conduct?

Well, I think that most states have laws against distracting drivers from the road, you know, a safety thing. Tack on public indecency and exposure, and suddenly the disorderly conduct is a relative slap on the wrist.

At any rate, I'm just glad it took me less than an hour to put my wig and fake breasts in the back seat of his car...
