Non-Newtonian Fluid
Non-Newtonian Fluid [video]
What happens when you mix cornstarch and water in a concrete mixer truck? It becomes a non-newtonian fluid. When stress is applied to the liquid it exhibits properties of a solid.
Imaging what belly flopping onto that would do. picked by teaya21 2 years ago

Yeah, it's easy to clean up corn starch if you add water to it because this happens.

It's definitely a cool video! I'd like to do that.

So, is it equal parts of each? I guess I just need to rent a cement mixer... this looks like fun!
