That crazy lady repeated the same group of threats quite a few times. XD

Wow... a bit of over reaction to that... especially since he said that they abide by the off the call list rule... ah well...

So extreme that it could possibly be scripted.

Nah, I work telemarketing. This is a common occurance. People think sign up for the do not call registry and think it means no one can call. There are tons of exceptions, and onece asked to be taken off the list there is a 90 day window to get it done.

yeah i used to work for a company calling "on behalf of direct tv" and we used to get these people saying were on the DNC list and im like "well actually your a customer of direct tv and were calling on behalf of them so we have full authority to call you...unless"

but lemme tell you i felt like i was selling my soul every day working there because we would "trick" people by using this script to make "sales"


"Hi this is shafty and im calling on behalf of direct tv. And the reason for my call today is to thank you for being part of our direct tv family and hope your happy and happy with us. To show you our appreciation were going to set you up with HBO for 30 days with no obligation." and a little more and <sale>


we were supposed to do like 4 sales an hour or something... I was getting around 30. No commission either just for the sport.

I feel bad now though :(
