It IS fashion at the moment, it DOES look ridiculous but seriously, government/police enforcement to pull your trousers UP??!!At first I didn't mind the "showing" when it was just a little top of the underware showing..that was fashion...but this has reached the point where the ENTIRE BACKSIDE IS EXPOSED and the top of the pants are just above knee height. That's borderline "mooning" in my opinion..the avatar in this posting is the perfect example.
So yes...butt-*ss naked is different, but what about that guy who goes to the curb in just his boxers to fetch the paper....To many people that is considered to be "indecent exposure" and will result in the police visiting your home. This is not much different IMO.
There are certain times when showing boxers are OK when they are clean...Heck...when I was a lifegaurd all the girls wore boxers over their swimming suits and so did the guys if they were in speedos. Sometimes I think the goverment DOES need to step in to make PARENTS enforce what the general public considers "decent".
If I walk bare-*ss naked out my front door right now I would expect to be fined for it. It's not considered "decent" and my parents taught me that.
