« ReBoot : There's a crackhouse across the street from mine. There's a constant parade of people and cars and loud music -- all day, all night. On more than one occasion people have come to kill the ones that live in the house. We can't leave the garage door open for two minutes without catching someone in there looking for something to steal. The police have been there a hundred times. A swat team locked down the whole block and raided it earlier this week, arrested a bunch of people and confiscated drugs and guns. They must've stayed in jail for 10 hours or so, because they were back over there the next morning, and business is continuing as usual. I don't understand why it's so hard to keep these dangerous scumbags away from our kids.
Damn.

Have you actually caught someone sneaking into your garage?

Do you own a firearm?

If that happened to me, the second guy wouldn't have made it out of the garage.

I'm so tired of superficial MSN-style list links. You know the ones -- "10 most ___." "Hollywood's top 10 ___." "10 ways to ___." Gah. At what point does a format become cliche?

I live in Canada and I have firearms!

Granted, they're just .22's, but I'm getting a big gun next week to take to work with me.

Arby's got my order wrong. TWICE! I order a Large roast beef sandwich combo with a large sweet tea. They repeated it. I drive to retrieve...my fries are missing the drink is not a sweet tea. I go in and let them know and was very polite and made a joke out of it. I get my food back and the sandwich is missing, but I have Large fries and a small iced tea. Um...wow. So I stop someone and told them its not right. Instead of apologizing, the young guy at the register said I ordered it that way. Um, no I didn't. I heard what I said...it came from my mouth!! LIKE wtf?

The Mcdonald guy dropped my money and didn't seem to care. I opened my door to grab it, but it blew away.../sigh. So I wait for him to answer the window again and told him about the mishap. He said it was my fault and hes not giving me the change again as I was the one who dropped it. If the moron wasn't busy flirting with the other girl I'd have my change...

Zach just got fired. His coworker was a complete slacker and was always coming in late and when she was there, all she would do is talk to everyone instead of doing her job. She always had Zach do all the work and then today he showed up a little late and he got fired. Now we're both looking for employment.

Now I'm a bit worried about Yogurt's foot. Her treatment was free since Zach worked at the vet hospital, but now that he doesn't, I don't know what we're going to do. This is no good.

After two weeks of walking 11km every day at full trav speed, I have incredible blisters on my feet. They run along the pads of my feet near my toes, and a few actually go up between my toes.

I should know better and wear 2 pairs of socks.

At least I might have something interesting to show the first aid instructor tomorrow!

I bought an mp3 made by Creative way back in February. It skipped through every song. They wanted ME to pay for postage to send it back to them and I finally got the money to mail it. So I got it in the mail today, loaded it up with my music. And it skips, just like the last one.

I give up.

Why not just ask for your money back? You can report them to the Better Business Bureau.

For the past two days I've been dealing with an outage to my virtual private server and the people who work at the data center could be the dumbest people on earth.

My VPS went down last night at 9pm and didn't get back online until 10pm tonight. At 10:45 it went down again.

They said the first outage was due to a power failure (due to a lightning strike) which led to them having to check all the data to make sure nothing was lost. Problem is that with this new outage there's no difference in what I have access to control panel wise so I'm thinking they were full of crap about the lightning.

I could strangle someone right about now.

(Wow... I do feel better!)
