During the trial, the court was told the boy raped a four-year-old boy in May 2007, and tried to rape his own three-year-old brother a short time later.

Unless he gets some serious help, this won't be the last time we here about him. Agreed. I'm wondering what other individuals in his life also need to be looked at. I'm not saying that he has an excuse, but I'm thinking that it takes something seriously bad to turn a child into a monster.
