The home was condemned for unsafe conditions. Workers removed 85,000 pounds of debris from the property, which required 10 garbage trucks! The occupants dad had tried to clean up the property before, but was threatened by his son.

OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was married to a compulsive hoarder for 23 disgusting, junk-filled years. I later learned that hoarding is a symptom of Obsessive/Compulsive Disorder, a mental illness that can be severe.
Everytime I read a story about one of these people, I go a little nuts!
