Oh, and the link just took me to a list of news stories. I couldn't find the one your referring to, but did find it at another site.
It looks like they are still going after the big fish. All this because Paypal got knocked out of the money (Ebay is helping push to make online gambling illegal), and now the US goverment has presently outlawed any chance for them to be able to tax online gambling. And of course that just makes them even more mad, so the cycle continues.
Sigh...
