After a while you want to gnaw on cardboard cause it has more taste. For dinner I would have lean cuisines which I don't particularly favor.
You DO lose weight though, the problem is, the minute you're off the diet you're more than likely going to gain it back if you haven't learned how to eat properly (which has always been my problem.)

That's WAY too few calories a day. Seriously, that is not healthy way to lose weight at all, and it's no wonder people regain anything lost.
Healthy diets tend to encourage you to eat no less than 1200 calories a day--and that's for the average woman, with no exercise. If you exercise daily, those calories should mostly be eaten back.
