Caught in the act by her husband, she yells "Rape" - hubby pulls a gun and shoots the man. She gets the manslaughter charge. He goes free.

That's a crazy story. I'm glad they decided to not press charges against the husband. I think most husbands who thought they just caught someone in the act of raping their wife and had a gun in their possession would not think twice about using it. As for the wife, I hope they throw the book at her!
