How much electricity does your body produce? I am producing 294 Watts! This is 18% more wattage than the average person. I could light up 3 light bulbs, power 74 iPods, and 1 Xbox 360.

This is bogus. A typical adult human body only puts out in the neighborhood of about 100 watts. This is even directly calculable from one's food intake. Let's say that I eat a generous 3,000 food calories per day. That comes to 12,556,500 heat calories, which is 52,555,230.75 joules per day. There are 86,400 seconds per day, which comes to just over 145 joules per second, or just over 145 watts. Anyone putting out two or three hundred watts is running a fever!
