Malaysia's Muslim men are suffering sleepless nights and cannot pray properly because their thoughts are distracted by a growing number of women who wear sexy clothes in public.

That's not abuse, it's a lack of self-discipline on the part of the men.

This is a way for the fundamentalist muslim leader to try to repress women and get them to wear bhurkas or whatever their name for those shrouds is. Blame the women, make them cover up, they then become these invisible humans.
