This guy is a Russian singer. He was popular some time ago, now, however, he does not appear on television often. He calls himself Vitas and there were accusations on the fact some of his concerts included playback, so he was't often honest with the public. Well, that's showbiz. Still impressive stuff he does.

I gotta send this to my Mom. Any video with a cool dude and an accordion in the orchestra she will enjoy. I agree he sings pretty high but I don't know if it is the highest ever. I know there are many barbershop tenors that hit some pretty high notes. Now if he is doing that in his chest voice and not falsetto, that is impressive.

He is singing Falsetto, I've hit that note before, but it hurts. Any dude can hit that note if they gets Kicked in the nuts hard enough.
