It looked like the bones were made of white chocolate.
Edit to add: that pic should come with a warning. It's a turn off for more than just cake consumption.

As long as it's a cake that tastes like cake and not a severed arm, I'd happily gnaw on it. Dip the fingers in a little bit of (raspberry sauce?) blood... oh yeah.
White chocolate bones and raspberry sauce would be an incredible combination.
