I'm all ears, what kind of cheese was it? I'm a bit of a cheese connoisseur, although I can't handle blue cheese.

Lol, it was hypothetical cheese. The cheese in the article, perhaps?
I love cheese, or at least, I love the flavour, and the texture of cheese. Sadly, I cannot handle cheese at all, with the exception of parmesan, and I don't rightly know why that is.
