LAS VEGAS - O.J. Simpson filed court papers seeking dismissal of half the charges against him, saying prosecutors in Nevada failed to meet legal standards to prosecute him for kidnapping, robbery and conspiracy, his lawyer said Friday.

Most people in O.J.s situation would shut the hell up and hope for mercy from the court. If I had murdered two people and got away with it I think I might want to lay low.

I wouldn't be the least surprised if he walks away from yet another violent crime. I also wouldn't be surprised if the people who testified against him have "an accident" or two
His arguments here are very weak.
He claims that since he was trying to retrieve his property (what he thought was his property) that negates burglary!? Bulls**t. Even if it was his (and that is crap. It used to be his) that doesn't give him the authority to barge into a person's room, prevent him from leaving, threaten him and brandish a gun.
The claim that he was unaware of guns is stupid. If such was the case, there recording would have shown a different conversation.
