Dont you just hate it when you get stuck in a traffic jam to then find that theres no reason for the jam? A team of Japanese researchers has recreated the phenomenon on a test-track for the first time.

Douchebags who talk on their cellphones have slower reaction times to their driving, and then don't accelerate right when the vehicle in front of them does, and this makes traffic jams too.
I really want to see a law against talking on cellphones and driving.
