Driving to work you see a new billboard, but what's it say?
"Milwaukee Sheriff David A. Clarke Jr. reminds you... Inclement Weather Doesn't Cause Cra..." Ahhh! You die in a horrible crash.
Billboards are the worst.

My thoughts exactly. What kind of idiots A) come up with this idea B) approve this idea and C) print the billboard?
Also, I'm pretty sure inclement weather can cause accidents. I guess Milwaukee is immune to black ice. :p
