The woman who was watching two toddlers said she only told a friend he could abuse them sexually so that she could set him up for arrest.

This makes me sick. I think she may have actually been trying to trap this guy into being arrested but to use 2 defensless little toddlers as the ploy is sickening and at 20 years old she has absolutely no excuse. She was well aware of the very potential consequences and should be put away.
