A high school student said he may file a lawsuit against a physical education teacher who took a Mexican flag he had brought for Cinco de Mayo and put it in the garbage.

some guy in my neighborhood flew a mexican flag above an American flag in his front yard. big no no! his other neighbors asked nicely to fix the problem and he got all testy. finally one neighbor had enough and took the flag down and burned the mexican flag in the street. mind you this was after 3 weeks of all the other neighbors asking nicely. the dude was arrested and charged with a hate crime.
so lesson learned, you burn the American flag in America and its protected under freedom of speech, you burn a mexican flag in America and its a felony. who are we protecting. YOU LIVE IN THE UNITED STATES YOU ARE AN AMERICA FIRST, AND WHATEVER NATIONALITY YOUR FOREFATHERS CAME FROM SECOND. I'm tired of this. I fought for their freedoms and every chance people get they want to spit in our faces.
