Martin Mustapha found a dead fly in a water dispenser bottle in 2001 and brought a $300,000 suit against the suppliers. At appeal, Mustapha, who never drank any of the water, didn't get the result he was after. Not by a long chalk.

You wonder sometimes what goes through peoples minds when they bring these lawsuits to trial. If a fly in a bottle of water sends you over the edge, then it wasn't the water nor the fly. It was YOU. You are psycho and have major issues. Maybe you can sue yourself and then pay yourself $300k for the trouble you caused yourself.
