Reporters Say Networks Put Wars on Back Burner Posted: 3 months ago by ImNotBlue
"According to data... coverage of Iraq has been “massively scaled back this year.” Almost halfway into 2008, the 3 newscasts have shown 181 weekday minutes of Iraq coverage, compared with 1,157 minutes for all of 2007."
So is this (a) bias, (b) evidence the public has lost interest, (c) sign things are going better over there, (d) all of the above, (e) none of the above?

I'd say (E) None of the above... its the election friend... , this upcoming election is the most importaint we've had in... well... quite a long time... its outcome will decide if we continue along our current path or decide to start acting like a decent law abiding country again... the nomination process brought out voters in record numbers and now, we're focusing on the candidates...
There is just a lot more going on at the home front with the energy crisis, the forclosure crisis, the flood crisis.... damn ... thats a whole lot of crises ... but the war is not forgotten...
