Hmmm....
That picture shows a fake rubber bat, I'm pretty sure.
Besides, the article says the bat was freed while she was still at work, so it's unlikely they took pictures first...and more unlikly that the bat would pose for the pictures.
How much of the rest of the story is true? I'm not sure.
