Considering that Italy has recently had to allow Rastafarian followers to smoke and traffic cannabis, and Scientology isn't a cult, I can't see how they can stop them.

It's funny to learn about the whole “The Only and Universal Smokers Church of God” thing on Plime.
I didn't hear about that on the news here.
Maybe a membership would be in place though.
I don't mind the smoking ban for restaurants, but I sure like to light one when I go to the pub.
Not to mention the ridiculous smoking ban on coffee shops...it's not like they're made to serve coffee.
