I think maybe they should issue a series of PSAs encouraging criminals to consider their fears and allergies before deciding to run from a big-ass police dog.

Seems fair enough. Tell they guy they can either run, or they will send dogs. I don't understand what the big deal is. Some people have pretty severe allergies and would rather be carted off than deal with their throat closing up.

If it makes it easier for the police, then go for it.

yay!! police dogs scare the crap out of me.. I dunno what it is but black people are just naturally scared of dogs.. ecspecially police dogs.. I'm soo gonna yell I'm allergic next time I'm running from the police.. kinda like "dont tase me bro" "don't dog me bro, i'm allergic"
